KENTCO personnel are proficient in custom applications development as well as in the adaptation of off-the-shelf commercial software packages to meet unique user requirements. Structured analysis methodologies are used to analyze existing client processes and information flows, to develop alternatives that meet client requirements and to develop design specifications for programming and implementation.
KENTCO provides services defined as Special Items Numbers (SIN) 874-1, 874-2, and 874-7 for consultation, facilitation, and program integration and project management services. Services under SIN 874-1, 874-2, and 874-7 are provided to government agencies to improve the management and reporting of the agency activities in pursuit of its goals, objectives, and improved overall performance. Factors external to any single agency may significantly affect the achievement of the agency’s goals and objectives. Therefore, a strategic plan with agency goals and objectives must be developed to yield measurable outputs designated as "performance targets." The overall success of the agency is expressed in terms of "impact targets" related to specific outcomes essential to the mission of the agency.
